My background is branch banking, and during my 25 years attachment to Barclays Bank PLC, I had risen through the ranks to senior management. This was possible, in part, because I understood the importance of customer satisfaction. Quite apart from the fact that The Golden Rule is deeply entrenched in my being, I firmly believe in helping my Orlando real estate customers get what they want, as opposed to seeing them as an income source.   

Dedication

In my view, real estate is an important profession because for most people, buying a home is the single biggest purchase that they will be make during their lifetime. As such, proper guidance is crucial to ensure my customer is happy at the end of the transaction. This customer satisfaction is key because results in referrals as well as repeat business.

Service

In my quest to give the very best service, I have gone beyond the normal real estate educational requirements by obtaining the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). I have also completed the course requirements for Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and will be getting the official designation by July, 2008.  I operate mainly within the Clermont, Orlando and Apopka area as a Buyer’s / Seller’s agent, for both local and international customers. Also, as a CRS member I am part of a network whose members pride themselves on professionalism, which means customers can deal with any designee with confidence. To that end, if distance does not permit me to personally handle a transaction, I can provide the same service by simply referring the client to another CRS member.
