Orlando Florida - In early June of 2003 a small group of dedicated service minded agents sat together to discuss how the perfect real estate company might look. They knew it would first have to fulfill the needs of a diverse customer base, with quality Orlando real estate agents and quality service, along with products and services to make the Orlando home buying experience a pleasant one. Next it would have to satisfy the needs of its sales associates with better than average commissions, and never ending support and state of the art technology including customer attracting websites. Last it would have to be a profitable entity to maintain market share.
All this would have to be done better than any of the other companies in Central Florida. What was unveiled March 1, 2004 was Amerivest Realty of Central Florida. Using the ideas this team of experts had designed, combining them with the experience and technology already in place from the highly successful Amerivest Realty in Naples, Florida was the combination for true perfection.
